Relocation.RS is a service aggregator. We do not provide services directly — all services are delivered by independent partners. We are not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of partners.
Relocation.RS is a service aggregator platform for relocation to Serbia. We act exclusively as an information platform and intermediary connecting users with independent partners — legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who provide services related to residence permits, business registration, real estate, and other relocation matters. Relocation.RS does not provide services directly.
We collect only the data necessary to provide the platform's functionality: • Identity data: name, email address, and Google identifier — when registering via Google OAuth. • Usage data: pages you visit, features you use, timestamps of visits. • Communications data: messages you send via the built-in chat or contact form. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers. We do not collect special categories of personal data (racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, etc.).
We process your data on the following legal bases under the GDPR: • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide you access to the platform and its features. • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to improve our service, ensure security, and prevent fraud. • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — to send marketing communications (where you have provided consent).
Your personal data is used to: • Provide and personalise platform features. • Communicate with you regarding your request or account. • Forward your requests to partners (with your knowledge only). • Analyse platform usage for improvement purposes. • Comply with legal obligations.
We share your data only in the following cases: • Platform partners — to process your service request (minimum necessary data only). • Supabase (US/EU) — database infrastructure and authentication provider; processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement and protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. • Google LLC — in connection with Google OAuth sign-in. • Government authorities — where required by law. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or other third parties for commercial purposes.
We retain your personal data for the duration of your account and for 3 (three) years after its deletion to comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in anonymised form. Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Under the GDPR and applicable Serbian law (Personal Data Protection Act, Official Gazette RS, No. 87/2018) you have the right to: • Access your personal data. • Rectify inaccurate data. • Erasure ("right to be forgotten"). • Restriction of processing. • Data portability. • Object to processing. • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal). We use only technically necessary cookies (for authentication sessions and language preferences). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Our service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, please contact us at privacy@relocation.rs.
We reserve the right to update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or on the platform. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this document.
