Relocation.RS is a service aggregator and does not provide services directly. All services are delivered by independent partner providers. We act exclusively as an information intermediary.
Relocation.RS ("Platform", "we", "us") is a service aggregator in the field of relocation. The Platform provides an information service connecting users with independent service providers ("Partners"). We are not a provider of legal, financial, immigration, or other professional services and do not deliver such services. All services are provided exclusively by Partners — independent legal entities or individuals operating under the relevant licences and permits under Serbian law. Relocation.RS is not a party to any contract between a user and a Partner.
By using the Platform you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years old or acting with the consent of a legal guardian. • You have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. • You will use the Platform for lawful purposes only. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
The Platform provides: • Access to a catalogue of Partner services for relocation to Serbia. • Status updates on request processing via the personal dashboard. • Chat and communication features with Partners. • Informational materials about life and relocation in Serbia. The Platform does not guarantee the outcome of services provided by Partners, including favourable decisions on residence permits, company registration, or any other request.
4.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. 4.2. We are not liable for: • Actions, errors, omissions, delays, or failures to perform by Partners. • The outcome of services provided by Partners. • Decisions by Serbian government authorities on applications submitted with Partner support. • Direct or indirect losses, loss of profit, or other consequences arising from use of the Platform or Partner services. • Temporary unavailability of the Platform for technical reasons. 4.3. The aggregate liability of the Platform is limited to the amount actually paid by you for use of the Platform (except for liability that cannot be excluded by law).
5.1. Partners are independent legal entities. Relocation.RS is not the employer, agent, or co-owner of any Partner. 5.2. The service agreement is concluded directly between you and the Partner. We are not a party to such agreement and bear no responsibility for its performance. 5.3. All disputes relating to service delivery must be resolved directly with the Partner. We are willing to assist in dispute resolution within our capabilities but bear no legal obligation to resolve them. 5.4. Service prices are set independently by Partners and may change without prior notice.
6.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access. 6.2. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. 6.3. We may suspend or delete your account if these Terms are violated, without prior notice.
All Platform content (texts, logos, design, source code) is the property of Relocation.RS or used under licence. Copying, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.
Use of the Platform for any of the following is prohibited: • Any unlawful activity. • Spreading false information or disinformation. • Attempting to disrupt the Platform (DDoS, hacking, etc.). • Collecting other users' data without their consent. • Impersonating another person or organisation.
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. 9.2. The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms by negotiation within 30 days of a written notice. 9.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. 9.4. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, these Terms do not limit your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes no less than 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance thereof.
